It's pretty much gone the way this clip predicted. Was in San Francisco recently and a friend took me to his latest fad coffee place Blue Bottle I think it was called where they lovingly hand filter with a load of custom glass work the beans off your choice yo wait ages in the line then even longer for some guy with a glass thing from a chem lab lovingly pours correct temperature water over a filter. Then charges you more than any other coffee place. So tired of espresso based beverages
