Would echo praise for Crowded House. I'm not a fan but they brought it.

Still waiting for the Snarky Puppy set to appear as promised on their FB.

The Puppy set was part of the West Holt stream on iPlayer earlier. That’s gone off now so presumably it’s going to be back on as individual sets at some point.
It is there, just select West Holt Stage feed and then "watch from start" - you then get timings of events and can fast forward to the required time.

Elbow are one of the bands like Embrace whose music I find utterly boring, but at a festival amongst a crowd they can be rarely beaten
Did they play Lippy Kids? One of my favourites of the last 10 years or so.

What did Jack White have on his mic stand? A box with XLRs in and out? He did a few tweaks during the show.
    Karma......

Ahh yes, it’s moved slightly so I thought it had gone!

An echo / delay box for his vocals, set on just one repeat as far as I could tell

Olly Alexander’s nostril scab suggests he’s been having fun lol!!!
I’ve just watched him. It’s not my thing normally but jeez what a great performance, the guy totally dominated the stage. I thought the public bogs bit was a bit too seedy though.

I’ve watched a tiny bit of Years and Years. I do know about some of the stage show though - my son works for a venue and got cheap tickets for Years and Years. Took his girlfriend and her parents (older than us and conservative with big and little Cs) who were not amused by quite a lot of it and the public toilets bit got special mention.

Yes. It was all far too nice given how fucked everything is. Could do with a bit more anger, protest and rebellion.

Pet Shop Boys, … just a karaoke performance.
I’ll  just play a backing track and sing along to that.

Yes that's right, often had some octave effects and funky harmony stuff going on on the last tour but it was controlled by the guy on the synths then.

Shame he seemed to have a few technical issues at it started and ended well but seemed a bit ropey in the middle for me.
Please note my communication is not very good, so please be patient with me
